Join us on May 27-29 for a transformative weekend at the beautiful Paradisos Hills Hotel at Paphos, Cyprus.
This unique Yoga Retreat will be led by KPJAYI/SYC Authorized Ashtanga Yoga teacher Kyriakos Hadjiphilipou, Marilena Shyama Shakti and Stella Vasiliou with a magical view over the Mediterranean Sea.

During the retreat, guests will attend two daily yoga classes, starting with morning Ashtanga yoga sessions and ending the day with a gentle Hatha or Restorative yoga session.

All classes are optional and aim to rejuvenate our guests whilst also helping you to build on your practice.

Experience different disciplines, Ashtanga, Hatha & Restorative, as you improve your strength and flexibility. We will also practice Pranayama, perfection on alignments and chanting classes during the retreat.

10:30: Breakfast
12:00-15:30 – Asana lab with Kyriakos Hadjiphilippou (No practice/Perfection on asanas explanation)
15:30: Pool/Rest time
18:00 – Subtle Hatha Yoga with Marilena Shyama Shakti (Subtle Hatha Yoga for energetic rejuvenation, Yoga Nidra)
